To login to a user’s account, instruct user to:
- Go to our library catalog: https://www.libib.com/u/plumfieldlibrary
- Click the “Patron Login” button in the top left of the nav bar, and use the email and password from the “Welcome to the 2025-2026 Plumfield Library Experience” email (from: plumfieldlivinglibrary@gmail.com) they received, NOT the patron dashboard password
- Once a patron is logged in, they can place holds and review lending status on currently checked out books
- To place a hold, click on a book in the catalog, and then click the “🔒 Add Hold” in the top right. It will add the book to their cart. The user can access the cart from the “Basket” button in the top right (desktop) or bottom left (mobile).
- When the user is ready to place their holds, they click the “Complete” button in the cart.
